Cast Iron Cobbler with The Baked Lab - Sept. 21, 2019 from 4pm-6pm
Sign up for this hands-on “make ‘n’ take” cobbler class featuring local expert Shawn Bolduc of The Baked Lab. Shawn will share his brightest tips and tricks for prepping, baking and serving warm cobbler in a cast iron skillet, demonstrated through 2 different types of toppings.
Participants in this class will build their cobbler in a cast iron pan with Shawn on site in our event space at the Garver Feed Mill in Madison WI. Pump up the presentation and use an American Skillet cast iron state pan during class to save $40 off the purchase price of the skillet that you will use and keep after class! Everyone leaves with a new level of inspiration and a dessert ready to bake at home in a cast iron skillet.
