This ain't your average demo & diner experience.
Participants of this class will learn hands on how to grill 3 samples of fish over an open wood fire using cast iron cookware, with Chef Dave Heide right there guiding us all to success. We are teaming up with Sitka Salmon Shares and Chef Dave for an interactive evening to learn about the unique differences between Black Bass, Salmon, and Halibut, and how to prepare and plate each species using cast iron skillets and the open flame.
Chef Dave will walk us through a prep & cook demo before each guest gets their turn over the grill to cook each sample of fish and make their own plate for diner. Served with two sides.
Fires will be roaring, skillets will be hot, people will be full.
