So, you want to bring a pie to Thanksgiving but feeling a little frazzled before the holiday? Join us for a fun and relaxed dessert class lead by professional baker Shawn Bolduc of The Baked Lab.
Shawn will bring us through his favorite seasonal pie recipe along with tips and tricks for prepping, baking and serving warm holiday pie in a cast iron skillet.. Participants in this class will mix and prep the pie crust in a cast iron pan that will be ready to bake at home after class.
